Guardian Standard Commercial Pest Protection Plan
Guardian Commercial Protection is Dave’s standard program designed to defend most commercial properties against unwanted pests. Guardian Basic Commercial Protection Program includes a thorough inspection of your facility and surrounding property; treatment of exterior foundation, eaves, window sills and trees; monthly inside treatment; reports showing what was done, what materials were used, and what you can do to help us maintain control over the pests at your facility.
Customized service programs
Because every property is different, Dave’s offers tailored service programs designed to meet your specific pest management needs. Dave’s will conduct a comprehensive inspection of your facility and surrounding property to identify key problem indicators such as colony sources, potential entry points for rodents, evidence of termites, and more. Once identified, Dave’s will recommend the best solution for your specific pest problem.
Purchasing or selling a property?
Dave’s is Wood-Destroying Insect Certified. Before a building is sold or refinanced, a wood-destroying insect inspection is recommended.
Taking down an existing building?
Dave’s will help you comply with Massachusetts and Connecticut laws for pest control during demolition.
